Halloween at Douceur de France

Bonjour,

The last you heard from me, we were organizing the “ Grand Opening” of
our Roswell bakery and thanks to a lot of you, the Opening was a great
success.

The “ Consul de France” , Monsieur Pascal Le Deunff et sa femme nous
ont honorés de sa présence,
the band the “ Wild Frogs” really Frenchrocked the house,
the Pastry Chefs Grégoire and Léo made a beautiful master piece with a
“ Croquembouche” ,
Kim, our chef at Roswell made sure that every plated dish came out
perfect
and I made sure that every bottle of wine that we opened that night
tasted good.
And we were able to raise $ 437.82 for “ Open Hand” .
Thank you Brigitte for organizing all of this and thank you also
everybody else who helped us through the day and the night.

Our chocolate and cookies this year have been selling like crêpes for
this Halloween. We have plenty of ghost petit fours, pumpkin bread and
pies, the pumpkin crème brulée is back and so many new desserts please
check our website.
