Bonjour,

Most of you have already tried our Galette des rois and our
New Orleans King’s cake. Even though Epiphany was on January 6th,
we will continue to sell our galette des Rois and of course the
New-Orleans king’s cake until “Mardi Gras” which is this year the 8th
of March.

Now this is the time of year, where you are reminded everywhere you
shop that Valentine’s day is coming soon and how important it is
to be in love every day but really to show it on February the 14th.

So at “Douceur de France”we are not different from everybody else,
except that our cookies, our chocolates, our pastries are made
by 2 pastries chefs that have a lot of experience of being in love
and if you go visit our website on the St Valentin page it really
shows they put their heart into their work…

But there is a new product that I really would like everybody to try:
it is a new preserve that I call “Confiture de l’Amour”, a preserve
made with delicious apple red, raspberry and rose petals.
If you’re really looking for something to spark a lost love or a way
to keep that fire going I think this is it…..

But kidding aside, it’s a good preserve and a great gift idea…

A bientot
Luc
