This is great, I just realize administrative professional’s day is
Wednesday and we came up with the idea of a “merci beaucoup” bag.
Check on our website (

are cute bags that can be filled with different goodies like homemade
jam, croissants, petits fours, chocolates truffles, pastries etc….
Just a nice way to say thank you to your co-workers.
I would also like to mention that under chef’s Gregoire supervision,
we are starting to make other kind of breads than just baguette.
We have now loaf of ciabatta and country bread in our bread display…
ask all about it to your waitress.
Finally our French bakery starts to look more like a French
boulangerie.
