We are pleased to announce Ethan Manns as a new committer. In his time working on DDF, Ethan has become one of its experts in metadata, redaction/filtering, and validity. He's contributed a great deal to the system as a developer and reviewer and we expect great things in his new role.

The DDF PMC recognizes his hard work and welcomes him aboard.
