I, too, would very much like to see an early access version of the book. In fact, I am surprised that not all the technical publisher have jumped to the early access bandwagon, given that technical books should be well suited to early access. On a related note, I noticed that the publication date of the book has now been pushed back to August 26, 2012 in Amazon...

no. its some algorithm. before I had ever started writing anything it
said it would be available in 2 months (it takes longer than that to
print)

I can say there is 0 chance it will be up in Nov. Amazon appears to just set arbitrary dates in order to get pre-sales. It is not written and was kind of delayed for a few years (just not enough time).
