FYI.... some DD and MI consumers have reportedly been reinrolled in Healthy Michigan program. If so, this work requirement might apply to them. Please read the attachment, specifically the exemption provisions to see if they apply to you or your family member. It will be interesting to see how predetermined exemptions are handled by MDHHS. Will your supports coordinator have this information?
