I communicated with DDA personnel regarding possession letter. It was told that possession letter would be dispatched within 2 months from provided final date of cost of flat submission i.e. in my case it is 28th November, one can count (approx.) 2 months from 28th Nov.

One more thing, If someone forget / not able to submit documents OTHER THAN Conveyance Deed + Final Payment; those can be fulfilled later on as asked/pointed out by DDA during possession. I am sharing this information as I got.

Amit

Hello all,

Thanks for all information sharing.

I have some query:
1) I got date for getting stamped CD on 24th. Still I have not
submitted lien letter in DDA office. When should I submit lien letter
of sbi (loan already sanctioned) in DDA office. Before or after
getting stamped CD.
2) during disbursement should we carry stamped paper as mentioned in
SBI mail.
3) Is it really worth to wait till last date to deposit final amount
cheque to DDA in order to save bank interest charges?
my last date to deposit final amount is 28 Dec 2011.

Dear Santanu,

Is there any format for NOC , if i want to get the allotment in my name i.e. not include my wife's name.
If you have the NOC format , could you please send a scanned copy .
Your inputs are really appreciated, clears all the doubts and very easy to follow step by step .
2 questions :
1) can stamped CD be collected by someone from family , the CD process will be done by me
2) the demand amount : is it be given at the time of CD process ? what if i pay the amount one month before the CD process , can i get the possession before time ?

Thanks & Regards,

Sunil

Hi Sunil,

1. Anyone can collect, just show your challan @window
2. No, both (CD & Demand amount) are separate process and have to be executed before submitting possession set. After that DDA will give possession letter.

Hi Anupam,

Thanks for your reply.
just one more help regarding full process :
1) remit Demand Amount
2) Submit CD and follow the process as per your mail ( i.e. 7 documents, get back CD and challan . DDA will give the date when to collect the CD , send anyone to get it by showing challan at the window )
3) NOC : if i want to register in my name i.e. not include my wife;s name : do we both have to sign the CD and paste both our photos on them or just mine ? What should be the matter of NOC ? we live outside India , so want to make sure that i visit and do all the needful in 1 day ...so its very important for me to know regarding NOC.
4) after getting CD and payment of Demand amount , what is the next step - i hope possession
5) if registered in my name , i hope stamp duty is 6% , what else ( approx amount ) is to be paid when challan will be issued ?

Thanks & Regards,

Sunil

Hello Everyone..
I might be a little late in asking one doubt i had in my mind from
some time..
How can somebody go on my behalf to complete Conveyance deed process
in DDA since I would be required to sign on the 'Application for
Stamping' which will be bought from outside DDA in 20 Rs. Can i write
an authorization letter to do this process on my behalf ??
Thanks in advance,Puneet.
