Thank you very much for taking so many pains in drafting the letters for submission to DDA officials.
Kindly take note of the concerns of Ms. Rachna, Mr. Irfan Hussain, Mrs. Reema Malhotra & other members in the meeting.
Drafts may be rephrased to make it more impressive.
The word “allottees” may be replaced by “residents/ would be residents”.
There is no availability of Delhi Jal Board water in any of the 8 towers. So we should say there is non availability of water in Jasola Pocket 9A.
Kindly do the needful.

I disagree with the draft as no where it mentions about problems being faced by
present 8 residents
If this whole thing is just about people who are allottees and facing problems
with DDA officials then I WANT to be counted out of all this and would request
my email id to be deleted from future mails as i am not an allottee . Also I
would not like to contribute any monetary fund for such activity where there is
no mention of the owners and which talks about only allottees
I would request you to please inform other team mates of my decision

I am sorry I could not make it to the meeting which indeed came out to
be quite successful.
We must understand that in the initial phases, we face so many
challenges in bringing up the issues and addressing them successfully.
And, in fact, if there is some dis-agreement, it is productive and it
shows we all are really concerned and thinking on those issues.
Hopefully, we all can meet time and again and build a strong platform
to address all the issues we are facing.

Thanks to the Jasola DDA HIG Team for putting efforts towards addressing basic issues.
I think we are in a better platform through sunday meetings to share issues among ourselves and find the way to resolve.
