What is forwarding letter

Hello,

I went for CD stamping today. I was told that you would require a forwarding letter from DDA Housing (MIG), otherwise the Collector Of Stamps would not accept the file. 

Though, we could not get this letter today as there was some issue in the change of Address that we requested some time ago. I searched a lot but none of the people in the group ever mentioned this kind of letter. 

Pl advise if we need this letter or we shall go ahead with the 7 documents for CD stamping. 

Also, after CD stamping, when can we submit the entire money and how shall we do it??

No forwarding letter is required. The 7 papers mentioned in our steps are enough for stamping and no body there is going to reject your file.
