In Sandeep'd blog, i came to knpw about CD process. But in the mean time called DDA, they told that Full paymnet first, then the Chalan that bank provied , have to submit to DDA office along with 4 CD papers. Totally confused...:(:( please guide

I dont know what process DDA following now days, but I submitted the payment and CD papers on December, at that first we executed conveyance deed, whole proces took around 20 days then we submitted the stamped conveyance deed along with final payment

- First go for CD stamping and full amount, both are separate process.

- than prepare possession set and submit to DDA and wait for PL

I read ur blog but as DDA people gave other information , hence the issue was again raised.

You never know when DDA changes rules and all.

Hi Sujata,

DDA is also saying the same thing  :)

follow the instructions as per process steps available on sites.

CD stamping will take 7 days or more, so first go for it ............and arrange funds for full amount in parallel (loan etc.).

 

CD paper (after stamping)+ full amount deposit challan+ other docs are to be submitted for PL. it is called possession set.
