Hi Friends,

Can some please update the list of documents needed to be submitted
for execution of Conveyence deed after physical possession as i am
little confused about it ?

Execution Conveyence Deed The following documents are required to be submitted for the execution of a conveyance deed: For SFS Flats Photocopy of possession slip indicating the date on which possession was taken over by the allottee. NOC from the office/Bank/Financial Institution if loan has been taken. If not, an affidavit to the effect that no loan has been taken from any such organization. Photocopy of the treasury challan for having deposited the Stamp Duty to the Delhi Government. 3rd copy of bank challan for having deposited capitalize & service charges where services of the area have not been transferred to the MCD. Names Addresses of two witnesses, along with their identification (Election Card/ Ration Card? PAN/Passport etc.) 4 passport size photographs (un-attested). For HIG Flats Photocopy of possession slip indicating the date on which possession was taken over by the allottee. NOC from the office/Bank/Financial Institution if loan has been taken. If not, an affidavit to the effect that no loan has been taken from any such organization. Photocopy of the treasury challan for having deposited the Stamp Duty to the Delhi Government. I already went through this link .. Mine is LIG flat , in that case
SFS docs will be required ?

If it is , then i am confused about 3rd copy of bank challan..What is it ?

Also Jamil posted some docs list previously which was more extensive..

Conveyance Deed papers are to be handed over after execution.


Photocopy of Identity Proof of My Self ………….. as I D Proof duly
attested by Notary Public and of my spouse …..………duly attested by
Notary Public.


Affidavit of Non Sale of Flat under reference.


Proof of physical possession of the Flat under reference i.e.,
Electricity, Water, etc

Its telling that documents need to be attested..

Hi Jagdish,

I am not through with this process :(

but Bank is giving only two copy of final payment, one is already gone to DDA (in possession set) and other one is for your record.

I guess you can submit attested photocopy of this.

i think no documents required.........submit possestn letter with a covering applicatn letter for document submisn

I went to dda office today after taking physical possession. The official at counter no. 4 told me to submit the possession slip along with the covering letter that mentions that "I have taken the possession and request for date for execution of conveyance deed". After that a letter will come to your address and that will explain the rest.

Hi Shivani,

Have you taken the Electricity Connection from BSES. What is the
process?

There are two ways:

1. We can go to the BSES office and submit the documents .........
2. We can book the request online and their executive will call and
give us the date and time to install the meter and and you have to be
there at the given date and time with the documents......


Then they will send the demand note of Rs. 1200/- for Security and Rs.
3000/- for Service line for 2KVA in 4-5 working days time. After
making this payment, in next 15 days time the connection will be in
your name.

If anybody has already executed CD, can you please let me know how many days it take to get CD execution date after submitting possession slip.
Also how many days it takes between submitting possession slip and actual CD execution day.

I have not seen any further update on this thread. I am sure many of the Allottee who also are members to this group must have executed CD. Therefore can you people please help by providing information about CD execution time taken after submission of possession set.

Hello,

I have not aplied for electricity connection yet. Because electricity connection are not yet available at kondli gharoli site. They said that work is going on and will complete in a month or two..

And I have not got any date for execution of deed. I have submitted the letter in DDA vikas sadan and they told me that a letter will come to my address in 10-15 days.

Dear All,

There is no time frame for execution of Deed. Generally they send letter within 15-20 days after submission of letter, specifying date for execution of deed.
