More than 1 Month showing detail on site...............Its shwoing DDA work style.......

How are you seeing the details? By application no. or by File No.? Suppose file no. is H/252(220)2012/DDA10/MN, what will be the value of various fields (Flat Cat-Hdr, Loc Hdr, Seq No., Year, Scheme Id, Loc Id)?

I deposited amount on 08/06/12, but can't see the payment details yet on DDA web site. I have even got objection letter after depositing the possession set.

Pl. help.

If I am not wrong most of us have viewed payment details using our file number. What objection have u got ?

Bank Statement for my own contribution was demanded and, same was submitted by me.

My source in DDA tells me that my Possession letter may be issued within next 1-2 weeks.

I had used the application no. Etc. I guess the details should be updated once the accounts department clears the file. There is a cheeky way to find if your peers payment details are visible. Download the list of DDA sucessful allotees. Shortlist a few application nos., catagory etc. Then use the 2nd option on payment page. Incase others have recd. the details, you should inquire. Otherwise simply wait.

1. choose under Scheme:  DDA Housing 2010

2. Put the  Application No.  

3. Category    Select HIG

 

You will find your status.

Went to Dwarka today. The work seems to be going on in full swing in the blocks which are somewhat incomplete.

But got a shock. The parking space is not free. DDA shall auction the space kn due course. So if one can take multiple parking spots by raising the premium. Total parking available is one per flat.

Also the cheaper middle flat on each floor is the best. This is because the master bedroom has only 2 doors instead of 4 on 1st and 3rd flat. So the placement of furniture is better. The total area difference is about 4 sq. Mtr. (This is what the engineer told me)

Can you please confirm if the blocks and flats are numbered now.
Example: Block A2B has been named as A2B, C2B as C2B etc. at the site and flats as 701, 202, 403 etc.

If yes, then is this the case with all the blocks in both the pockets or only specifics blocks and flats have been named.

I could not see any numbering in the section that I visited. I visited pocket 1.
