     Please find the attached letter which I got after verification. I have also attached bank certificate which is required by DDA.

1. Can you please clarify that this letter u got after verification
of document "or" after submission of possession set ???

2. Point no. 13, in the above letter asks for bank certificate in
respect of receipt no. ... from where we can get this certificate ???

3. Point no. 9 asks for Acknowledge of DDA Housing scheme 2010 dully
discharged with revenue stamp ....But this acknowledgement we need to
submit with our loan bank na ??? Do we need to give xerox copy ??

Hi,
1). I got the letter after submission of possession set. I have submitted
the complete document with bank draft on 21/oct/2010.
2). I have taken loan from SBI. SBI will provide you forwarding letter or
bank certificate in which your margin money and loan amount will be
mentioned .
3). I have submitted copy of payment receipt (Rs 1500000) in loan bank.
I have submitted original acknowledgement in DDA.

I have one question for you, personal signature card should be attested by Notary public or Gazetted Office or any one can sign.

If by personal signature card you mean the Annex-I, then it needs to be attested by Class-1 gazatted officer !

But in DDA prospectus it mentioned it should be attested by Class 1 Gazetted Officer/Notary Public , anybody has information regarding personal signature attestation share with me.

it is gazetted class 1 officer , we did this when verification is done and DDA publish that info , that time

i think attestation by anyone eihter class 1 or notary will work as both are competent and in brochure it is written class 1 megistrate/gazzated officer/public notery can attest sign.

Please see point 3, it is written as gazetted officer . We did this at the time of verification of documents. This particular notice was published by DDA at that time.

          The letter of verification of documents and genuineness  have been sent/are being sent.  In case, the same is not received by the allottees of General Category, they are requested to submit the document on or before 30.6.2011 as listed below:-

                                        

1. Proof of address and personal identification i.e. Election Identity Card/Ration Card/Passport/Office Identity Card, etc duly attested.
2. Photo copy of Counter foil/acknowledgement of the application form of DDA Housing Scheme-2010 duly attested.
3. Photo and signature duly attested by the Gazetted Officer (in original).
4. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book/Statement indicating source of payment of Registration Money duly attested.
5. Details of Bank A/c from where the payment of cost of flat will be made to DDA.

6.   Since a copy of demand-cum-allotment letter will be sent to the concerned Commissioner, Income Tax Department, therefore, provide the details of Income Tax Ward/Circle where you are/will be filling Income Tax Return.

7.   An affidavit declaring that “I or my wife/husband or any of my dependent  including minor children do not own in full or part on freehold or leasehold basis any residential plot or house in the Urban area of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantt”(in original).

 

Allottees of Reserved Categories may appear before the concerned Dy.Director on or before 30.6.2011 alongwith the documents listed below:-
