For me I am fine if they delay and payement also gets delayed by same
time. This gives more time to arrange money and we can avoid EMI load.
If they ask for money in this situation then we all needs to be
together and take legal action. Also we need to evaluate the cost they
have paid for all funishings, quality of furninshings and comapre with
what is available in market. I am sure there will be issues with this
as afterall this was related to CWG somehow :)
