which one is the allotment letter?

Did we get a separate allotment letter or demand letter is our demand cum allotment letter?

Dear,

On the basis of possession letter issued by DDA office after depositing of demand money as well as required documents, you would approach concern JE of your area. The JE deployed on site would issue a physical possession letter. This possession letter will have to be submitted to DDA office for execution of Conveyance Deed.

The allotment letter would remain same however, till you get your flat freehold through conveyance Deed, allotment letter is irrelevant for future requirements, neither you can sale your flat nor you can apply for voter ID, Adhar etc.

Even I was of the same opinion but VK JE is asking attested copy of allotment letter & demand letter to be submitted for the physical possession.

There are two sets of document one is possession set which you submit before getting possession letter after making the final payment and other is physical possession set which you submit to JE of your site. Anyway list of both of them is listed on our group website.

I did get an allotment letter along with demand letter. There were 2 main documents other than the affidavit, bank challans, CD papers etc. 1 of them was DL and the other letter with subject mentioning allotement.
