now its time to relax...........dont go for possetion now..u have 3 months frm reciving possestn letter.nd more time after this also...............if u will take possestn this time ..it will be of no use.....u may not be getting electrical fiittngs, water nd electricity connectn at present....but u have to give in wriiten that u got everthing nd satisfied in taking possestn.i will advice wait for a month....they will do pending work in d mean time......

A question on possession. We have three months to take possession. If
fitting, etc. is not done when we receive possession letter, should we
wait for 3 months and then try or we should write it in some register
or send a notification to DDA about issues, rightaway?

What if they after 3 months it is still not done?

go to ur concern j.e, ask him water connectn form and pay ur water connectn charges.........after this ask your j.e to complete your pending work soon............then you can wait even more then 3 months for possestn because u already made ur presence there by paying water charges.........pressurize your concern j.e to complete work as soon as and wait
