VASANT KUNJ NARMADA HIG - Confusion regarding Tower No

Dear Friends

It may sound a bit odd but after so many months,suddenly I am in confusion regarding my correct flat
Please help.

The draw result gives as follows
Sector- 0 , Pocket  D-6,  Block No- Narmada  BLK-6,  Group -1, Flat Type/Ph - GRP-1, Flat No- xyz, Floor- abc, Flat categpry- HIG, Location -VK

Now my confusion is- in which Tower this flat is situated?
Is it in Tower-6 -  going by the assumption that tower and blk no are same OR
in Tower-1 - going by the assumption that Flat type/Ph are same

In both the towers same flat no exists

Yesterday I visited site

Lot of works pending, I don't think these can be completed within next six months. It seems, it is inevitable that we will have to pay EMI as well as rent for not less than six months if not more

when you go there next time, go to kaveri block and there are few property dealers in kaveri. one is in the flat just in front of the gate. He has got map of all blocks and flats. You can ask him. i also got to know about my flat position through him. they are helpful and will help you because they are always looking to maintain good relations with flat owners (for future sale or rent of the flat)

I think all the Narmada flats are "GRP-1", Saraswati are "GRP -2" and so on. so your tower is 6. hum padosi hai :)

it is not for yamuna block :( it is for the blocks which are on the right side.

I have one more question. Why left side blocks are not inside a boundary? any idea? the road dividing the apartment in left and right side is future main road between vk and gurgaon. then why left side is open with out a boundary?

I think left side blocks are inside a boundary too... that is the wall surrounding the DDA commonwealth housing complex..

i dont think the road dividing the two blocks would be the future road to Gurgaon....it does not sound rational to me...

earlier it was clearly mentioned that nelson mandela road will be extended towards gurgaon. but there were issues because of rajokri forest. After reading the  link provided by you, i think now they have changed the plan.

Does any one know any thing about Parking allotment in Vasant Kung HIG? We have only received DL for our flat and their is not any information about parking in the DL wether it will be allotted separately or it is included in main amount.
