Update on Case Dr. Rao vs DDA with CCI and your URGENT inputs needed

As you are aware CCI is currently investigating the matter. In this regard Dr. Rao needs to submit his statement and evidences before the CCI on Monday(7th Oct) morning, 

You are required to fill your complaint in the attached format. If you wish to join the cause, you can sign it, scan and send it back it to me by EOD Sunday (6th Oct). You can send it individually to my mail id instead of spamming the forum. Also as of now only original allottee can participate in it. 

Please don't exaggerate, try to mention only plain simple facts.

Apology for the late notice but this is our best chance to get heard, kindly corporate.

In worst case please email the matter (paste in email body not as attachment) to me, though I am not sure at this point if this will be admissible by CCI.... try to scan pls.

I think this is the best chance for everyone, who wants to fight with DDA to take their voices higher up in collective manner. Alone Dr. Rao may not have time and resources to continue the fight, but if others join him in this initiative than as a group may be able to take it towards good conclusion. Sameer and Dr. Rao met CCI people yesterday and need to submit responses by Monday, so please hurry all.

Any action taken by CCI. By when we can expect some input from them. Any action plan now.

Dear All, We are expecting favorable CCI order in Dec 2013. CCI order maynot help us individually as any penalty that CCI may impose on DDA shall remain with CCI only.  However CCI order can be used as evidence before a competent authority/court. Furthermore we have been advised to takeup the matter before competent court sitewise, therefore we will only be focusing on VK mega housing complex(Yamuna, Narmada, Saraswati) going further. I am not comfortable to discuss further details in this forum, we have decided to work through the individual RWAs at VK to establish identity and other modelities,  You are kindly requested to contact your RWA at the earliest for further details. Any update on CCI case. CCI was to reply with in 60 days. Now already 2 months are over as the first case started in June 2013 and the last representation was done in CCI in October 1st week.
