Hi everybody,
i had just gone through website of Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance
Corporation Ltd. They are offering loan at much lower rate of 9.5%
without any processing fee. I have not yet talked to them but planning
to visit their office soon ..but still everyone can actually look into
their scheme but post their feedback or review if they get any. I just
wanted all of you to know about this scheme with the possible reason
of this lowest interest rates.

It is very interesting. The interest rate for Central Govt. Employees is only 9%. Great!

Dear Sachin, please let me know the results of your visit. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Thanks

Please clarify the issue of Surety with them. Whether it is must? Who can stand surety? Is there any Income criterion for surety?

Thanks

Well, Iam not too sure about website being updated regularly. This info looks old.  Would suggest to verify it first before jumping in.

surety is a MUST. should have similar income group as yours. must have
atleast remaining service of the tenure of loan, if employed. doubtful
if they accept businessmen as surety.

Thanx

Dear Sachin,

Is there any further development in this regard? Can you enquire about
the following points? I wrote to them but, there is no reply. Appears
they not using net very much.

1. Whether loan can be applied before getting the Demand letter on the
basis of Intimation/Verification letter?

2. Whether the completed loan application form along with supporting
documents can be sent by courier or it is necessary to submit the same
in person?

3. Wheter personal surety is must even for Central Govt. employees or
the loan can be considered only on the basis of mortgage of the
allotted Flat for Central Govt. employees?

Thanks

Yes guys u need Demand letter if you want to apply for loan from DCHFC,
today i signed the loan agreement, my loan was sanctioned in three days.
You have to pay 400 Rs. to became member of DCHFC.You have to provide,
PAN Card, 1 Month Salary Slip attested by employer, Address proof, Latest
form 16, 6 Months bank statement. Surety is a must and should be delhi resident.
Same documents required for surety also. Whatever information given on website is correct.

DCHFC is a good option........surely for Govt employees.

I will get my loan amount check on 19th.
