Need opinion on applicability and onus of RWA

Dear Members

We request the members to guide me on the followings :

1. In case of any illegal encroachments what is the responsibility of RWA in this regard.
2. DCS Act rule 89(5) has clearly defined the onus upon RWA to notify to Authority, what about Societies Registered under Societies Registration Act 1860.
3. Is there any DDA rules prescribed for it.
4. What action has been taken yet in Pirampura socieity allotted under 2010 scheme.
