DDA to despatch allotment letters by September 15

Hi All,

Please see the below link for the allotment letter deadline for DDA.

The allotment letters only for 1 BHK/Janta flats are being sent now.

Wow it means another 2-3 months delay in getting Demand letters.

Is it true that only Janta/LIG are getting demand cum allotment letters now. Has anyone in any location got MIG/HIG demand cum allotment letter till date in the group

Nope, whoever got till now is for LIG and Janta only.

Please correct me if I have missed any from MIG/HIG who got the DL.

the above link says -
The demand-cum-allotment letters for over 11,000 low income group, Janata/one-room tenements and expandable type flat are expected to be sent by September 15. Owing to construction still progressing on those HIG and MIG flats located at Vasant Kunj and Dwarka, only allotment letters will be sent for these. The demand letters for these flats will follow later, a DDA official said.

that means it can not be only LIG. LIG flats of vasant kunj are also under construction.

Please confirm by when dda will issue demand - cum-allotment letter
for MIG flats in Vasant Kunj.

Kavery Block of VK LIG are all complete. Therefore there might be chances of getting DL for these Flats around 15 September 2011. But the trouble is that rest of the block on the vicinity are till under construction and will pose problems if people start shifting there.
