Future of rohini sector 29

Hello friends , I got one flat in sector 29 . I already deposited the amount month ago , now waiting for possession letter . I m from outside Delhi and don't know much about the area . I have few questions , did anybody receive the PL . Secondly what is the future prospects of rohini sec 29 . All the dear members are requested to put there views on the matter , I highly appreciate . Thanks

ya got possestion in sec-29 also got date for getting c.d papers from dda..............i think its going to be a good location in one nd half year.....sec-29 is better than sec-28. sec-28 is located near j.j colony, sec-29 got hig flats nd big plots.nearby.....already there is difference in flat rates in sec-28 nd 29.........in future 29 is going to be best place to live

take a veiw on dda map(attached) of rohini zone ...there is lot of plans in future for developing this area

Thanks for pointing that Sumit...do you have a LIG or HIG that you are talking about. I wanted to check if people have started getting Possession for HIG too ...
