Authority Letter format

Hi,

Does anyone has the authority letter format which authorizes someone to carry on DDA formalities on his behalf. And also, this has to be executed on what value of stamp paper ?

As per the actually procedure for stamp Duty payment, which is written on a big board next to the Stamp duty counter, the allottee has to authorize on a Rs 20 court paper and both the allottee and the authorised person's ID proof has to be submitted. 

However it is the discretion of the officer there. In my case he first asked me to folow that procedure. But when I requested him he agreed. But dont take a chance since they are getting sticker as there is big rush and he will perhaps not have time to listen to you.

Otherwise if the allottee is going for the stamp duty payment, then it a simple application on a blank paper with Rs 2 court fees.

So you imply that as such there's no prescribed format, I can write a simple by myself authority letter and with Rs 2 court fees try my luck ??

Its better you get the authority letter with Rs 20/- court fees. may save you a day's hard work.
