DDA 2014 scheme: Notice for 10% payment for conveyance deed registration

Hi,

I received the notice for 10% payment for conveyance deed registration against Rohini flat allocated in DDA 2014 scheme.

As per calculation DDA has levied 10% interest as well. Just wanted to check whether we need to pay such interest or it can be challenged.

i have also received 10% payment letter , i am not sure about 10% but do anyone know how to do payment
