Hi Everyone,

My name is Sonu and I am also one of allottee of DDA 2010 draw,
allotted a flat at Vasant Kunj.
I have joined this group couple of days back only, through some other
group where I was a member. I am quite happy to see people are taking
initiate and joined together for benefit of all.
I would like to share one important information regarding the loan,
Did any one heard about

One of my known one took a loan from them and there interest rates is
around 9.5% and are lower than rates charged by any bank.

I think we should explore this as a option. I had gone through the one
of the discussion on the subject and some one mentioned that they only
give loan to Govt or semi Govt employees only. However I did had a
talk with them and even I have gone through their website, there is no
such requirement. Yes there is 50 basic point interest benefit for
Govt employees.

Currently I am out of India and can be reached at son...@yahoo.co.in
or sonu...@gamil.com.

I will be back next week.

let me know if anyone have any question / clarification.

Sandeep KumarHi Sonu, We have already explored DCHFCL option and it was not feasible for many members. They will give loan to only Delhi residents (Govt job or not doesn't matter) and they need a guarantor with the same income level as the main applican

Sameer JainHi Sonu,   I too feel there is no harm in exploring it. We can follow the same process as was followed for SBI bank. I mean a representative group of 3-4 members can go and meet them and negotiate with them.   I volunteer myself to be one the

Hi Sameer,

Thanks a lot for volunteering yourself. However currently I am out of
India and will be back this Sunday only. Just to let everyone know
that DCHFC did not work on Saturday.
I would suggest that someone can start the discussion on phone to get
the information and later we can plan a visit. We can also explore the
option, If some one from DCHFC can come to a common place and make a
presentation. We all can prepare the list of qusetion we need them to
answer.

Further, Can anyone also update with Demand letter status of HIG VK as
there is a news of 2 to 3 months delay in that.

I had made a visit early this month and probably 6 to 9 months work is
still pending..

Thanks
Sonu
