DDA Lien Letter

Hi All,

I have received my demand letter from DDA and loan sanction letter from SBI. Now for further processing, I have been asked by SBI to submit the lien letter in DDA and get NOC from them. Has anybody already gone through this process? Where should I submit this lien letter in DDA office? And what is the complete procedure of this..

Hi,

 

you have submit lien letter application in DDA main entrance hall at counter number 4, they gave you the acknowledgement for the same, please attachted a copy of loan sanction letter with lien application.

 

Orignal receipt of acknowledgement (lien letter) will deposit in SBI at the time of documentation.

printout of sanction mail is enough. or SBi is sending any sanction letter to out postal address
that need to attach.

The document is not corrupted, just it was in new word (.docx) format and you might be using old office version not compatible with this format. No problem I have attached a simple word copy use that.

I have been provided the DD of requisite demanded money in demand letter through SBI in my place Himachal Pradesh. However single DD was made by SBI inclusive loan+self amount and SBI charged DD preparation charges also.

Further, SBI given me a loan sanction & EMD Loan Account Closure letter in a single handwritten page with minimum information.

SBI provided a letter addressed to DDA, it seems as Lien letter.

Please share your views whether the above documents are sufficient for final submission to DDA.

Does it contain address also? Because my address in DDA demand letter
is different from SBI Loan santion letter.

This acknowledgement is of same type, what you got during verification process. Acknowledgement doesn't contain any address. Same was the case with me.
