Again visited the site today. There are good news on the front that now
after the strict intervention by VC, DDA things are moving fast. There
were workers in all towers today engaged in some work. Mainly the lift work
and filling the gap with metal sheets was on. I think it will be ready
within next few days. Lifts are likely to be functional in a month time.
Civil work for transformers is over and civil work for laying cables is
undergoing. Chief Engineer visited the site today as well so there is some
serious attention being given to Mukherjee Nagar.
I could meet J.E (Mr Praveen) as well. I found him well meaning and nice
enough person in my first meeting. He was optimistic that we'll able to
celebrate Diwali in our flats but obviously he was concerned at suspension
and departmental actions being undertaken against his colleagues. He said
now a days neither holidays nor leaves are there in their life, its all
work... I see good omen in it :)
On a whole I find fruitful things happening on ground.

Thanks for all those who co operated & Pressurised DDA. A ray of hope to celebrate Diwali in our Flats is likely.
Without  HT reporter Mr. Siddhartha Roy it would  not have been possible for the  Quick Progress of the Flat.
Today I also Visited DDA office for the PL. as per Babbu Letter will be dispatched from next week. He wanted "something" from me.
 
One more Request all of You Pls. come to gather on 30th Aug 12 for Peaceful Protest at Vikas Sadan @ 3 pm.

Today,I  received the most awaited letter that is possession letter by speed post without any objection.
I was worried because I could not submitted "acknowledge slip- Blue slip" instead of that I give Indemnity Bond.

Did you meet JE at site?  I'm told that they are refusing the possession now after the actions against site engineers for giving possession without adequate services. Please update!!

Today, I hope to visit the site & meet JE (Now they are working 24*7 at site).
It's true that they are not giving Possession because of no water, no Electricity & no lift  & also they are awaiting clearance from other Deptt. Like fire, safety etc.
Last week DDA Person told us all the pending work will be completed before 31st Oct.

Pls. pressurize to them your own way & do not accept possession without the adequate service.
We are also awaiting DDA Meeting which will be held on 3rd Sept 12.

First Review meeting of DDA-2010 scheme - site progress will be direct taken by new VC Mr. Shrivastava.
Now our demand - Interest money for the delay in possession by DDA.
I hope they will finish work within 3 month.......but past experience God knows..................

JE sits in first floor L block. His office is in front of Juvenile court on the way from GTB Nagar Metro to Mukherjee Nagar. His staff sits in this office. They are generally available daily. Meet them with full physical possession set documents as per group website and water meter (ISI mark). They will give you water connection charges deposit slip. Go to Ashok Vihar CCQ DDA office with this slip and deposit Rs.1500/- there. Come back to JE office with the receipt. Sign a lot of documents and Register and take possession. That is it. You may still not get the key if some work inside the flat is pending.

Yesterday I have also received Possession letter of My Flat. As per DDA officials I am the first one to receive a PL in 'I' Block. Unfortunately still the site is far from habitable. I request all the allotees of Mukherjee Nagar to Unite and share their contact numbers so that we all can lead some legal action against DDA for getting some interest on our hard eraned money given to DDA.

As per today Hindustan Times news , One allotee Mr. Ahuja shifted in Mukherjee nagar flat some days back now accident at site due to work not completed by DDA.

Very sad news about the accident of Mr Ahuja. I have met him twice. But now to proceed further we(Maximum number of people) shall meet at a common place and decide for next cource of action. I had received a call from Mr Vishal an alotee of J block. He is also ready to meet at Mukherjee Nagar on this sunday. What do you say. I think we should meet and plan next action. Also we should jointly explore the option of legal support for claiming the interest on the amount paid by us.

Yesterday I visited Mukherjee Nagar Site,
The work going on very fast................
1. Electric transformer reached at site & to be installed by 30th sept.
2. Water Connection (Drinking water) to be supply before 30th sept.
3. Lift work has been completed in L,K,J Block, Testing will be start by 1st week of Oct 12 as discussion by KONE official.
4. For Fire water tank - It will take time due to underground  water level ,but it will be not effect those want to shift in Flat.
5. Plantation work started by Horticulture dept. surrounding the Boundary wall.
6. Street light on. Photograph attched.
 
If the DDA Works like the same way, I hope all the work complete within time given time frame except Fire water tank.
But don't forget " Delay Delivery Authority"...........Hoping for the best 30st Sept.

Hello!!

Yes work is really on with some speed now. I took possession, and I must say JE on site is very co operating.  October will be definitely different Mukherjee Nagar.   I think instead of focusing on DDA deeds we should now focus on life after possession.  People like me for  whom shifting ASAP is priority are now worrying on two fronts, one to get safer habitable place, so necessary interior work second is to look for formation of RWA, because it will give us collective strength to arrange amenities.

Thanks for the useful information, friends. I think it is high time to take possessions. I have also taken possession but, yet to take key due to my busy schedule. I gave order for grill gate also to one Mr. Nanhe Lal in nearby Nehru Vihar. But, it appears that he needs electric connection to install the gate, hence the work is pending.

Anybody, knows about Water meter and electric connection formalities, pl. share.

As discussed with JE No water meter require right now, Electricity meter provided by Tata Power. 
Its better then wait 15-20 more days.

Recently Applied for Electricity Connection (Tata Power) & Deposited Water Sequrity (With DDA).
 
One Important Catch in getting Electricity Connection.- Tata Power requires a Fire Safety Certificate from Delhi Fire Service to provide Electricity in all buildings more than 5 floors (Including Parking if Any) In case of Mukherjee Nagar the Blocks are 11 floors (Parking + 10 Floors). Fire Safety Certificate will not be possible as Construction work on the Underground Water Tank for the same has just started. Also no Fire Safety Hydrants are in place. So if the Tata Power is very insistent on this requirement it will take 2-3 more months for Electricity Connections. Delhi Fire Service will not give a clearance in the current status.
 
Also the Meter Room on the Ground Floor on Each Block is not having any doors. The Electricity Meters will be stolen for sure before we guys actually move into the Flats (that is if we get Tata Power ti Install the meters)
 
DDA is yet to install any Cables from the Ground Floor to the Respective Floors. Tata Power will provide Cables only till the Electricity Meter. Beyond that DDA has to provide Cables.
 
It seems that much more time than the claimed Diwali Deadline will be required by DDA. Finishing may take 4-5 months.
 
Also as per DDA officials around 50 Allotees have taken posession till date at Mukherjee Nagar.

How do you apply for electric connection (Tata Power) ? Is there any other alternative?

To apply for electricity connection you may visit to any NDPL office. for new connection they will help by the way of online application. After that you need to submit the documents such as id proof, Address proof, NOC from DDA etc. to Keshavpuram NDPL office.

That park was an research centre for some atmospheric levels but is not in use for many years now. Also there is no activity happening there and it is a clean area. One police post is also very near to that place.

That Park belongs to Dr. Ambedakar Bio technical Park, I think it is in under DU.

Saturday I deposited Water Security of Rs. 1500, & Plan to take physical possession in this week.
Mine series 103,  Total interior Minimum expenses for these flat approx 1.50 lacs.
 White wash Rs. 40,000, Electricity 19,000, Bathroom 15,000, Entrance Gate 8,000, Kichten work  35,000
Three Almearh Rs. 30,000, Other exp depend on the individual budget.
 
Due to protest in the front of LG House, once against DDA sent there top official to site, Saturday they visited site and make report for further process.

The amount confirmed by JE Mukherjee nagar, given me one printed paper address to DDA Ashok Vihar office.
That Office near  to Ashok vihar Central Market (just over the underways birdge of Wazirpur) Rs. 1500 a security amount against water connection. This slip require at the time of physical possession.
DDA Ashok Vihar Office timing 9 am to 4.30 pm (Only Sunday off)

welcome to the club :).  I must say your estimates are really conservative...labor rates in Mukherjee Area are high so one got to be really lucky to get workable things done in this amount.  BTW I think we should have separate thread for interior related things because there are so many stories to be told.  I started interior work this weak and there is lot of work to be done.  Please note that DDA work especially in kitchen and Bathroom is like DDA only... Water connection is yet to be given and sanitary fittings are supposed to be new but when we uncovered tiles to reach this pipes... OMG these are all corroded already.  :)

Hello junta,
Today i literally banged my head on every available surface be it the
walls, pillars, floor or the counter windows inside vikas sadan.
Final output was that i will/might receive my possession letter in
next 15 days....

Can somebody throw some light on how people are getting electrical
connections...... And also how can it be two suppliers... NDPL and
TATA..

Have you guys, i mean those who have applied for elec. conn. received
ur possesion letters....

Any latest updates...
It seems so near yet so far...

Actually NDPL (Nrth Delhi Power Ltd) is tata owned company nad has recently changed it name to TDDL.. so there is just one supplier, call it NDPL or TataDDL.

1. Who's doing ur modifications.... I mean only the cement work. Not
the electrical and woodwork.
2. What is the quoted price.
3. How much time for completion
4. Ur master bedroom extension and kitchen door .. Is this allowed ..

Modification expenses depends entirely on budget.  I'm getting civil work done through a contractor who did some work in my earlier house.. but there are some local mason contractors.  Price being quoted ranges from 60000 to 1 lakh+ (Just labor rate). Please note that though one can consider DDA flat as ready to move in but you intend to replace door frame (Chokhat) from pathetic rusted iron sheet to wooden door frame,  bathroom redone and kitchen and bathroom tiles replacement...it becomes expensive.   As for modification, I am not changing any structure, no wall, beam, column is being touched...only civil work being done is removing the door frame and fixing wooden door frame.  Time _  around 45-60 days. including paint/polish. Toilet modification is must as these are most poorly designed part of flat. 6X5 bathroom is really too cramped but there is no chance of expending.  only thing we can do is to move toilet seat to one corner (Which I don't know why is given right is the center of BR) expenses around 1.2 lakh (with jaguar fittings)
 Costliest part will be woodwork 3 Wardrobes + Modular Kitchen + window frame plus door + replacing Aluminium channels with wooden frame (All woodwork in teakwood plus ply block boards) will cost around 5 Lakh.

elevation view posted by you here...
It showed the kichen door being moved to the adjacent perpendicular
wall...
Is this allowed even i am thinking of getting something similar to be
done ..

No permission is required for this change of door alignment as no structural change is there. Please refer following document

making a wall and removing 4.5" wall is within condonable minor alteration list so no permission is required. So neither an architect is required nor one need to get it approved. Please note that wall of kitchen in drawing room is 4" wall.

Today I called up JE, regarding the water supply status, he said water will be supplied by this month End to all allotted who want to shift. I am planning to get the interior done in the Navaratras. One professor from IIT is interested in taking upon Rent & is
ready to Pay 45 K.
I hope another 10-15 families shift in this Navratra, only those allotted up to 4rth Floor because some of the block Lift taking one more month for the operation.

Can you mail me the blueprint of 01 series. I wanted all the
dimensions of all the spaces in the flat.
And also how much are you going to pay only for the civil work.
This will give me rough idea.

I have not yet received my posession letter but still have intentions
to get interiors planned beforehand.
Lets see what they can come up with.

You are right G, sorry to report that things are slowing down now at site as well.  Even for those who received PL..physical possession is not being given.  A co sufferer told me that allottees with PL are being asked take physical possession after one and half month as water/electricity will take that much time, which is shocking as earlier 31st oct was cited as final date for all amenities. Another saddening part of being at site daily is witnessing the really inferior quality of construction work.  Roads inside the campus are being paved with interlocked tiles and both tiles as well as surface prepared underneath is not satisfactory to say the least.   Allotees have no say in any work thats why I feel more and more people should take Possession and form RWA ASAP so that we can play our role in shaping the place we intend to spend our life at.

BTW I hope you know the courageous  family who shifted in I-1003.  Yes 10th floor without water, electricity or lift.  While I salute the will and courage of this family at the same time I feel so angry on the pace and totally non professional attitude of DDA.  Why can't they fulfill the commitment they made. As early as last week the one of the site engineer assured that there will be water supply testing on sunday and then we'll get water...nothing happened. 

Another family performed Puja today H-101, they intend to bring bag and baggage within this week. Work is on in 4-5 more flats. may be more.

There is a dedicated thread on procedure you'll get all the information there.  Anyways the process is like>>>  payment > Objections (if any) > PL > Physical possession  > submission of possession slip along with request for Cd execution >  CD execution >  Registration.   
If you are at PL stage, expect 3 months before you get registration.

My  salute to them from Ground floor.
I am planning to get my work started may be from plumbing & electricity.
Workman from local charges high for the work which is very irrecting.
As per JE water will be supplyin this week..........but Every allotee have  good DDA experience.

As you all know that I have shifted in 10th floor of 'I' Block. Let me inform you all that dda has managed to supply water in I block through reguler supply channel but electricity connection is still a chalange in the society. A cable from Indra vihar side has reached inside the premises but it has still not attached to transformers. Lifts in I block are also supposed to be tested tomorrow on 28-Oct-12. The fire fighting system is also in place in J and I block. I am optimistic that completion of basic infrastructure is on fast track and willbe completed in next 10-15 days.

This 100% free electricity comment is really interesting. Yes if you are  not aware..for those who took possession electricity is being arranged from DDA temporary connection and hence no bill is to be paid.  Actually DDA is pampering residents by throwing free bisleri 40 Lts bottle every days as well, apart from bore well water but DDA is doing it all to keep the resident pacified else anger will manifest in ways not good for DDA.

DDA  delivered another shocker today..  Water was pumped to water tanks today for testing purpose.  It was after some weeks of efforts (unsuccessful so far) to find leakage in pipe line.  But when water did reach tanks today in some blocks,  it is discovered that most tanks are leaking..  yes water tanks and not pipes.  In my block I observed water literally running through the tank wall. Cause as suggested by JE is improper water proofing (and surely poor quality of work) Now tanks will be emptied, dried...retreated and some patchwork.  Will take some weeks before they actually try another testing.  This is despite the fact that some families are already living a very hard life there.  
Sanitation in area is going bad to worse.  two kids have fallen sick due to it.  Some already reported Dengue. No sign of improvement..yes Horticulture work has started.

Yesterday I received a call from AE of electrical division. He informed that the electrical system is energized and we can get the electricity connections from NDPL. Lift is also tested in I and L block but lifts will not be handed over until backup generators are in place. Also fire alarm system cable work is also in progress. After these one bad news is also there. The water work is very far; one lower level staff told that the main supply pipe line had a leakage and was being repaired on Sunday and digging work for one more supply tank will start after few days. MCD water is still far...In the coming Sunday VC has scheduled to visit the site. May be all of us gathering at the site and meet him once more for demanding the faster completion of pending work.

Hello Arun,

If this visit by VC is confirmed then we must get together and show a good number and make sense to expose the claims made and promise failed by DDA. Once this visit is confirmed, MN allottees on this group should ensure that they are present at site.  News on electric energisation is good lets hope things improve in other domains as well.  Another concern is spread of dengue on site.  Both young residents aged 10 and 8 living in H block are down with Dengue... need not mention that only DDA can be blamed for their condition as no sanitation efforts are being made.  Interesting there are no sweepers on site (except contract engagement on one woman worker for F and G block)  Newly laid drainage has flaws and water accumulation at several places can be noticed.  It all seems so inviting for mosquitoes as well as diseases.

Hi all, sorry for the delay in replying. I have tried for IGL connection but they do not have the connections available in mukherjee nagar. I have a registered a request in IGL customer care as well. But i think it will be better to register such requirement in IGL customer care. Moreover the address of our society will be the " Flat no......, Floor Number....., Block ..., Multistory DDA flats, near Batra Cinema, Mukherjee nagar.Delhi-110009. As far as the name of society is concerned the same will be done once we form our RWA.
Apart from this one more concern has surfaced when the TATA Power people came to install the electricity meter at the site they were puzzled about where / in which box the meter needs to be installed as flat numbers are still not marked on the boxes. This created a mess and the TPDDL people returned with installing the meter.To avoide such situation we all should contact the electrical JE and AEs for our respective blocks.

Dear All, Yesterday evening the water was filled in the tank of I block (although the same was drained because of unpluged pipe in one of the flats. But today again the DDA people will fill the tank. But the kind of water which will be supplied i don't think it is possible for any of us to manage our house hold properly. We need to demand for DJB water supply for general water in tank. (As per DDA officials DJB water will be supplied in kitchen only that too for some short durations only) because nobody can even bath in the ground water which will be supplied to us. We need to ask for the quality water from DDA.

You are absolutely right.  For residents potable water and security and safety are going to be the main issue.  As I understand underground tank will get daily supply of DJB water through tankers but i don't know when they plan to start it.  
Another issue is flat owners not shifting and some of them converting their flats to Paying Guest for students.  Now I find this absolutely unsafe and very un-civic on part of these flat owners.  10-15 students in just one flat will not only strain the common resources but will also make the vicinity unsafe.  As university teacher I know the student community in Mukherjee Nagar are actually not students but Graduates and post graduates languishing for years in cycle of competitive tests and hence many a time are not very healthy attitude and mental state.  That makes vicinity not very safe for kids and other family, moreover we can't expect these students to take part in development of place.  I feel that flat owners should be dissuaded from converting  this beautiful residential place to a ghetto just for a few bucks..if necessary they should rent the place to families as tenants.

All the block in the same condition,as per DDA official the ground water damaging GI (Steel) pipe due to hardness of water also it is not suitable for washing machine & sanitary item, They simply says use good quality PVC pipe instead of GI pipe.
One RO Plant require must for  mukherjee nagar but it will be happen after RWA formation, till time wait.
When will be individual electricity connection given by Tata power.

Very rightly said Mr. Vijender, I do agree with you. But it seems to be difficult for individuals to demand such restriction to those flat owners who wish to convert their flat to PG. We need to think of some way by which we can put such restriction in out society.

On the water front i again want to stress on the point that why shall we all go for RO plant whereas it is better to ask for DJB water. Actually it is difficult to manage the RO plant being it very costly affair both financially as well as water wastage wise. As per few of my friends (who happen to live in previously built Dwarka DDA flats), they receive water in the main tank from DJB through pipe as well as tankers. Water collected in the tank gets supplied in the blocks as it will be in our flats. The difference in our case is that we’ll get the ground water(Which is very hard) in our tanks.

Yes!!  the DJB water is our best bet.  As I understand underground water tank is supposed to be filled with potable water only, either by DJB pipeline which is nowhere to be seen as yet or through tankers.  I don't know hoe good is the news but today one water tanker did turn up at site, its wasn't DJB tanker but a private one.  DDA engineers called it for testing the entire process. 

On dissuading people from converting their flats to PG I think we need to have a functional RWA, ASAP.  only RWA can stop such practices.  On technical ground it is not difficult as converting flat to PG will attract commercial electrical connection, commercial rate property tax, Service tax liability,  health and Delhi police license and also police verification requirements for customers. All this will make it financially unviable to convert flat to PG.    But these requirements need to be enforced which is possible only through RWA.. else we know rules are shown more contempt than respect.

I wish to inform all flat owners of Mukherjee Nagar that RWA formation process is up and kicking, thankfully people already shifted have taken the initiative.  I am sure things on ground are improving now and situation is ripe for genuine owners to consider moving in.  Fresh water and electricity and lift are functional though are a bit erratic but when we all will turn resident things are bound to improve rapidly. Whenever you visit the site please keep an eye for RWA information on notice board/wall.

Most allottees have received PL. Considering that last date of payment is long passed. I discussed it with JE today and he informed that almost 80% received Possession while almost all recd PL, for example in F and G block only 4 out of 24 are yet to take possession and all hv recd PL. 
families are moving in though condition on ground still taking shape.  I plan to move in Dec last.

Does anybody have status on the Ground Water being supplied by DDA (Raw Water). It tastes almost like Sea Water. Its useless even for washing clothes. Is DDA planning to install a RO Plant or some other solution.

This obviously is the biggest task in hand for us at RWA as well all concerned.  We are working three pronged one to pressurize DDA as it is their duty to provide us potable water.  They were getting DJB water through tankers till last week but it got discontinued due to some administrative issue which they claim they are working to sort out.  Then hv written to DDA for RO plant.  besides effort to get permanent DJB supply are also on.  Individual water softeners are the last solution we can resort to.  A lot depends how much weight we lend to RWA.  Please ensure we keep strengthening RWA so that collective might can make lazy govt departments like DDA/DJB/MCD on toes.

Hi,

I took possession (official letter) in Nov but i am facing some issues recently related to physical state of the flat. Not sure how many of us have the same problem and how is it being addressed. So thought of sounding it off on this forum.

- Floor tiles are popping up every now and then. When i talked to JE or the contractor person he says it gets some gas. He corrected the situation once but now i am seeing same thing in another room. Since flat was not given in clean state and lot of material was lying pasted on the floor so could not figure out if some of the tiles were broken. Once i got it cleaned now i am seeing many tiles to be broken. Now contractor is giving me dilly dally answers meaning thereby that i should get it corrected myself. Are you guys facing the same issue? Please share your experience

- Today contractor person came to fix the aluminium doors and windows. When i was checking the windows by opening/closing them two handles just broke like that. He promptly fixed them but seems that quality is very poor. I dont know if there is any quality check done by any person from DDA. How can we force the quality checks on them? Or is it that since we have taken the possession so our hands are now cut and DDA is not responsible anymore.

At the site there is a Board mentioning the Telephone Nos of DDA Officials. You need to contact the JE then AE then SE then Chief Engineer of Civil Wing.

The Contractor will not listen to you but he has to listen to the Concerned Officials.

Issue of tiles popping up is very much there in MN flats.  It was clearly brought to the notice Md D Singh Executive Engineer.  First he expressed surprise and said it is unheard but when it was confirmed by both RWA members and his own JE..he ordered fixing up the issue. In likelihood tiles popping up is due to poor quality workmanship during laying tiles.   Do contact concerned JE.  Practically speaking it is far less cumbersome to get tiles repaired on our own 9though ethically i agree we should fight and get it done from DDA only)  Varmora tiles, same as given are available at site provided contractor is pushed to issue some.  In market price is 34/- per sq feet.

I have contacted JE (Madan Pal) several times and he come up with this that since you have taken possession so you should have checked then. But still he ask to contact contractor for repair. Contractor plays game here. His contact person is not ready to listen quickly. So i called up Mr V K Saluja (EE) today and seems message went to contractor immediately. He sprung into action and did some work but he does not have tiles now..So another delay of few days at least

But major issue is frequent popping up of tiles. I got this corrected in one of the rooms a week or so back. Today there was a sound of cracking up in another room and when i went in i saw 7-8 tiles popped up. If this is so frequent i guess we will end up looking after this issue only. Something fundamental is wrong with the tiles or workmanship or both.

We residents of Mukherjee Nagar HIG have taken strong exception to Minister's Reply in the Lok Sabha.  We at site face the music everyday and we vouch that services are far from satisfactory.  RWA is organising a protest to vent our concerns.   You all are welcome to join protest at Mukherjee Nagar site.  It is easily approachable by metro,  (GTB Nagar station, Yellow Line).  Here is the press release we sent.

Poor quality of construction, unfinished services, No water connection, dangerously hanging high power cables, mosquito breeding trenches, Workers living without amentities and defecating in open..it is not a sight of some slum cluster but of a HIG housing complex in the heart of city.  Welcome to HIG flats Mukherjee Nagar allotted by DDA housing scheme 2010.  Adding salt to injury DDA made Urban Development minister announce in the Loksabha last week that there are no problem of services in these Flats (STARRED QUESTION NO. 46 FOR 27.02.2013 REGARDING ALLOTMENT OF DDA FLATS IN 2010).  Angry at sorry state of affairs residents have decided to stage a protest against DDA. Despite repeated submission of charter of demand to DDA offices, DDA  has not taken steps to redress grievances.  Residents of Signature View Apartments, Multi-storey DDA HIG flats Mukherjee Nagar are now compelled to organise a protest to draw attention of authorities, public in general and media towards our demands.  Schedule of the protest programme is as follows:

Venue:                        Main Gate of Signature View Apartments which is located at T point Batra Cinema Road and Rd leading to Bhai Parmanand  Colony.

Background: DDA invited application in 2010 and issued demand letters claiming construction is completed. Full payment of around a 90 lakhs a flat was paid in full by allottees in Mukherjee nagar, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Motia Khan yet site is far from ready. Clearance for fire safety, airport authority and completion certificate is nowhere to be seen.  Some allottees unable to bear the rent as well as EMI could not cope and were forced to shift in unfinished flats.  Electricity connections were provided in January without necessary safety inspection.  Water connection by DJB yet not provided.

Application  are received  by NDPL on their helpline/online only
,  once request  number is generated documents are submitted  at  Nangia Park,  Shakti  nagar  office  of NDPL.

Here in Mukherjee Nagar people hv taken connection of 5 to 10 KW.  Depends how many ACs one likely to use.  Upto 2-3 ACs 7KW is okay. For above 5 KW one will need to change submain i.e. main wire connecting meter to flat.  DDA has provided 10mm cable.  If you are taking 8-10 KW then one may need 16mm cable which will cost around 140/- a meter.

I recently visited Mukherjee Nagar  and met some of the residents, It feels good that most of the allotees are planning to shift in next couple of months and some of them already shifted. I have also given my flat on rent.

I am consolidating some of issues which we discussed. Can someone from RWA respond to them?

1. Security : We should have more security inside campus. We should have at-least 2  security guards on main entrance and maintain proper records of all visitors etc. We may decide to have 1 security guard at each block as well. RWA should issue car passes/stickers to all the residents so visitor vehicles can be identified.
2. Residential purpose : The place should be only used for residential purpose, All brokers/ property agents should be thrown out from the campus, if possible.
3. Lifts : Only one of the lifts should be used by workers for carrying materials etc.
4. Drinking Water 
 & etc ...

RWA should also form some guidelines which should be mandatory for all the residents for safe and happy living.
