My sister has a flat in Yamuna 5, thats what dealers are quoting to her. The rent may increase after electricity/water connections etc. are in place and a few families move in.. But thats the same thing really. no rental for another 6 months means a loss of 2.1 lacs. one year rental difference is 1.8 lacs.
