Depreciation Or Appreciation DDA 2014

I was going thru the form for new scheme and for old flats DDA is saying they are accounting for the depreciation in prices and say the same has been included in the price . The price for JASOLA HIG has been quoted as approx 108 lacs , is this price a DEPRECIATED PRICE :)

Hi Jitendra,

It is good that you started group for 2014 allottees and much appreciated the efforts you are putting in that group.

But is it right that for every 2014 related discussion here, you continue posting suggestion to go to 2014 group for further discussion.

If you want you can very well take over this group and continue here, because lot of documentation and other information is already cataloged here with lot of efforts from 2010 allottees and would be of equal use for 2014 allottees too.

Hi Rachna,

Same thing happened here in Rohini too. The DDA price was 92-96 L which is about 30% more than 2010 rates and equal to the market rate at which the flats are selling at present. The irony is that the circle rates are about 1.3Cr for Rohini flats whereas the actual transaction is happening much below that rates, so I assume the depreciation DDA saying is compared to the Govt registration circle rates and not what we are thinking in simple terms compared to 2010 rates.

Hi Sandeep,

I certainly agree that we can take enough information from 2010 group, because you all have gone through that process and it would be good to take help from you guys. And we will take your help as well as messages posted on this group. 

But I was thinking to not to mix the 2010 and 2014 group, as 2010 members would get messages that they are not interested in related to 2014. For example this question is posted on this group in September and till date it was not answered. Also there are some/minor differences in the 2010 DDA process and 2014 process AFAIK.

Thanks for offering me to take over the group, but you and I know how many efforts are needed to run a group like this. My intention is not to take over this group. But as I said we will use this group as bible to know the processes and other information.

I also request all active members(who would be happy to help 2014 allottes) of this group to join 2014 as well.
