Fw: DCHSA Election

Violation of code of conduct by Administrator appointed for conducting election for Dreams Federation.

Attached documents sent herewith is exposing the wrong doing by Mr. Anand Mohle the Administrator appointed by Asst. registrar S ward. The meeting called by Mr. Mohle on 02, June which is much before the election for DCHSA MC scheduled on 4 June is illegal and violation of code of conduct.  

Till the charge of Federation of elected committee is not handed over any meeting with any resolutions pertaining to DCHSA in terms of administrative and financial issue is null and void. Such meeting attended by  candidate if any will face the actions by Elections authorities. Meeting attended by any office bearer of 7 societies is marked as support to illegal moves by Administrator and organizers. 

There are many Voters from 87 members who were nominated as voters representing among 7 societies for Dreams complex are  Associate members for the actual flat owners who cannot be elected as per the Act. Such voters must had NOC from the flat owners duly filled a prescribed forms with applications to Society. The society in turn must have passed with resolution in MC meeting authorizing them as Associate members.

 Associate membership as many times he wishes to by submitting the Requisite Form + Fees ( Rs.100) " as applicable, for Associate Membership and the Society is bound to change the Associate Membership in the share certificate accordingly.

The above narrations and exhibited towards to all is an honest intentions from me for running a smooth function of our DCHSA and in accordance with Law and Cooperative acts. Our DCHSA  is compromising member like me you and other 2000 flat owners. Let it not again and go to a DCHSA dissolved outed old MC members which were replaced by State Cooperative Authorities for some wrong doings and Administrator appointed thereafter within the Act.

We have many many young and Law binding members with huge experience with them who worked as Chairman and Secretary for their old Housing Societies are to be given opportunities. The seance of Co-operative culture is only a principle  and theme of cooperative Housing Societies formations.
