Notice from Asst. Registrar S ward to Auditor Rao and Associates

Please open the attachment sent herewith a Notice served to to our CHS Auditor Rao and Associates office at Bhandup-west which is self explanatory demanding certain clarification from Auditor as stated in the notice no. 1123 dtd. 11/6/18.

You need to forward the copy of the notice as attached  dtd. 11.6.18 urgently as the hearing with Asst. Registrar S ward Navi Mumbai is scheduled on 26/6/18 at 1230 PM.

I have made no. of Complaints to Asst. Registrar S ward observing the misappropriation of Society funds receipts and payments which made Asst. Registrar to call all the documents pertaining to Accounts endorsing 6 points mentioned in the notice. The attitude of non co-operation from Chairman and Secretary with attitude having self style working without following due course of MCS Acts/Laws. The major issue is the two members Mr. Srikanth and Mr. Vijaya Shetty are not in the list of Associate members provided by the Auditor therefore these two members are illegally holding a membership as Managing committee of our CHS. The last list of our CHS members names are provided which  do not have Mr. Vijaya Shetty flat no.1/C-1606-07   and Mr. Swaminathan  Srikantha flat no. 1-D/505 are not  name as owners of the their said 2 flats. As per the original List of members issued by our CHS the names over the list are occupied by a different names. Our CHS HAVE NEVER PUBLISHED  list of Associates members in past therefore Mr. Shetty and Mr. Srkantha are not Associtae member of our CHS.

Please clarify immediately  to submit the same during the  hearing called by Asst. registrar S ward on 26/6/18
