Extreme Leakage Problem in 1/B/504

Sir/Madam,

I have been facing heavy leakage problem in the kitchen duct area from a long time. The water is continuously dripping from the above floor. Two months ago I had complained for this same issue in the society office but at that the society plumber came to check the issue and said that one pipe is broken in the above floor (i.e 604) and then he said it will take a week's time to resolve the issue but till date no action has been taken. As the water is leaking, water is getting collected in my flat's kitchen duct area.

So please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
