Ramesh panchal issue, nobody raise why?.................What is the complaint ??? Where and when is the Complaint if made. ....get such wrong doers into task. Has any compliant is made ever and recorded in Society's books????
Share certificate signing issue, nobody raise , why?.................Sir Please approach registrar and let him punish if it permits within Law under MCS Acts......May be Me my friend.
Extra payment commitment to OTIS in spite of agreed and minuted copy, nobody raise ,why?...I praise now it now in your favor but in absence of AMC will OTIS provide service to us???....Please present any letter from OTIS's End that OTIS will provide to support service for all lifts and make all lifts 100% in working conditions.
Parking issue is being raised which was clarified in SGM ...Which AGM ???? Is AGM on 5'th April 2015. Where is the minutes and approvals?????????? Has is circulated to 622 members????
for already and it was beneficial for the society..... Our parking lot were captured by 2 & 4 no bldg.which are near to our water tank.......This doesn't support any By-Law and overruling.If so please quote by Law under MCS Act says to encroach any space in society premises presented in BMC Lay out planes Sir.
There is an competent Authority like Police and Registrar office to whom we can complaint and get actions for such encroachment & get Justifications. Emotions and hard feelings are not referred and will not get any support from Govt. rulings. We have no right to take Law into hands as by 5 to 6 Managing Committee members without discussing the same and then approvals in any MC meetings.
These people were silent in recent AGM of federation ,why?...Because no one knows what the matter is and how it cropped up.
We are largest society in federation, than also we are not getting what we want. Drainage line choking is being looked after by federation than also question is raised on us, ................. Yes it was raised by you Sunilji in Federation AGM on 2/08/15 and actioned by DCHSA it next day under Samidha's supervision. I appropriate your concern.
AMC are given for all necessary equipment than also question are raised to MC..................Must have MOU and agreements with One to One with all the contractor and service providers which is mandatory by Law. We will question the Vendor for any breach of contract.
Swimming water is accumulated since start of rainy season,these member do not raise question for that,why? .....I have with my 6 other members from bldg. No-1 asked to bring this issue raising it as One Agenda to discuss for of One swimming pool for our Dreams Complex in AGM on 2/8/15 but it was never taken up in that AGM. We are waiting for DCHSA AGM Minutes to receive. we are ready to raise it in all the forums if ignored by DCHSA for not complying.
BMC people are coming routinely during rainy season and observe deficiency. Instruction given to housekeeping for cleaning.............Yes U R right. No one complaint to BMC any time.
Pointing fingers are very easy than implementing it.................Yes it applies all..
Nobody appreciate us for MGL gas connection and transfer of names on individual name. We brought Rs.35,00,000/-(thirty five lakh ) from builder after one year of rigorous follow up.... Please include me Nanaware , Talekar, Ghumekar , Nitin Rane too in that war we fought with HDIL and then WON sir.
We carried out canopy repairing work from builder free of charge......Appreciated....Now A wing Canopy is shattered and huge water leaking at A wing entrance regularly . Hope we can get some money from our FD made with Sarawswat Bank and get it respired. Wish I would have been a flat owner in A wing. I praise all 158 flat owners of A wing for their patience and huge humiliations and their sufferings. Sunilji visit A wing and observe the same feelings of suffering by you by standing for 5 minutes below the part of that Canopy. Money in lakes put in Bank as FD is generated from our maintenance amount will not be set right that canopy by Sawraswat Bank staff. You need to answer to A wing flat owners if you are approaching them for a Vote for election. Mehulji you are also Silence on this till now.
We are following up MSEB deposit issue with builder which he took from 2 & 3 BHK for 3 phase.
All these work were not easy. Than also we did it successfully......................All praise goes to you and your team Sunilji. Hope that deposited amount with MSEB and BMC recovery will effect in Audit report of year 2014-15. Hope you as treasurer and secretary God forbids not made it as FD for the same amount.
Hope you people will understand how difficult to manage our family and soc affairs simultaneously. You people will understand when calls comes late in night and disturb your sleep.....Sir we have opted our own to join Managing Committee and wished so / desired including me. We all owe the responsibilities and have to stand unitedly and manege family and society.
Please release OTIS AMC payment pending since April-2015 from Society. Let our society reputaion do not get spoil due to Vendors complaint stating that the services from OTIS received free till today to our Society without payment of AMC
