Let this present office bearers explain that why they are sitting on this huge amount without carrying any welfare work

Also lots of items costing 25% more than market value are ordered from Mahavir Electricals with 10% Comission

Managing Committee office bearers please explain

 The Deal with Maharvir Electrical for purchases as and when desire without verifying the market cost the payments are made, In Average   thousand rupees woth every month items buying from Mahavir with rate is 25 to 30% higher than in the prices if compared with other similar electrical shops are more. This has been reported to me 2/3 similar shops owners from LBS road in line with Mahavir shop.

Why is only mahavir opted for items purchase. Non in MC meeting it devalued and compared by  calling  few other quotes from other shop owners ever.

This is serious allegation against office bearers and need to be investigated throughly.

 

If found guilty we will never participate in any election of the soc and ready to deposit the money in soc account.

 

1)I request all 622 members to visit Mahavir stores to clear their doubt and find out since when this transaction is carried out. I also want to request members to ask why they used to give fake bills to than office bearer to adjust accounts.

Please also check why Mahavir stores bills came down suddenly since last few years.

 

2) why legal notice was sent to Nanavare ji when he was secratary and same was not sent to Ramesh Panchal who had done Rs.5,50,000/- contract?

Why he was favoured so much?

Why the same time civil work was carried out in committee members house by Ramesh Panchal?

I request members to visit P1 area of A,B and C wing to see Ramesh Panchal's work.

 

3) Why was money deposited in members own account given by Estate agent?

4) Why Bhangar sold and never shown in society 's account?

5) Why parking is not given to Mr.Ajay Kulkarni of D wing/1302 in spite of giving Rs1,00,000/- to soc and never handed to than treasurer?

 

 

 

When I raised this issue in one of the MC meeting , msg was passed on to me that i will be hit.

I have two witness for the same. Again after this threat is on my life. Please treat as my confession if any thing wrong happened to me.

2. Protected pump site
3. Protected unsold parking
4. Started CC TV
5.Completed fire fighting work

7. And most important is took out PIPE GAS MONEY FROM BUILDER.
And was way to take out We paid 6 months advance maintenance to builder and Extra money builder has taken to install 3 phase meters. Unfortunately Daljit does not wanted me to do above and sent legal notice.

The allegations started on me,after that it was my turn

Ramesh Panchal allegations were made by present office bearer,for which i can go legal

Mahavir bills can be checked for difference of cost of material,it is defenitely 25% more than whatever available in normal market

Bhangar money was utilised to purchase chairs and ladders for society which was paid by cheque

No cash was accepted by any agent

Society sitting on huge amount without doing welfare is the right thing

Estate Agents have been paying money to bring chairs as well as welfare items of the society

All chairs n other items are brought by me

Police complaint should be done first by me for tarnishing and propaganda against me in Ramesh Panchal case without any proof

No money is given in cash by any agent

This allegations made cannot be tolerated without proof

Do not show me the fear of police

It is since last 6 months that some propaganda and allegations have been started by Sunil Uadhyay

Ramesh Panchal contract was signed by 10 Members

I had given explanation about Share Certificate

Bhangar sale proceeds were utilised for purchasing Chairs as well as society office material with Bills

Then too pestering somebody to an extent crosses the limit

Parkings were distributed by me for an revenue to society

Parking allegations were made,which never proved

After that i stopped working in the society office

That Atul Kulkarni had paid to society office never approached me for parking slot

All money paid by agents,as donations were utilised to purchase Chairs at ground floor

No cash has been taken from any agent

so all above things are not allegations

you have to prove this

So the things are started from your side
