Dear Friends,
Recently the Elections for DCHSA is concluded including  16 Managing committee members fro DCHSA. The appointment of Administrator for conducting elections was ordered by State Co-operative election Authorities (SCEA) Pune in 2016  then DDR-2 of Mumbai Division Co-operative Deputy Divisional Registrar Belapur Navi Mumbai was asked to conducting elections he as District election authority under his jurisdictions.

My and Mr. Hemraj Bahrhambe we hereby appealing herein attached herewith  to present the facts and ground realities to all 2112 Dreams complex members. The appeal is to create an  awareness that our rights and demands of accounts with all DCHSA business transactions carried since 2012 onward  must be open to all 2112 members as transparency with us. My and Mr. Barhambe's demands were never met despite we approached Asst. Registrar S ward who is competent authority to order the Inspection of Documents with all account  having payment receipts , contract copies managing committee resolutions with the permitted laws and acts etc. Refusal of Inspection of documents by DCHSA old MC and now (talatal) deliberately pushing further with no answers for comply of our demands by Asst. Registrar S ward have no answer from their end providing us. We also demanded the copy of reference or the Law or MCS Act that denies our right of inspection of documents and account which was ordered by Asst. Registrar under section 79(2) in August and reminder in Jan 2017 by her which are on  recorders are never provided.

Our simple demands is for inspection of accounts of DCHSA since 2012 onward as we pay towards DCHSA and Clubhouse monthly maintenance through our respective Society included in monthly bills raised which is transferred to DCHA and Clubhouse. This exercise has carrying on since 2012 and we all 2112 members have rights to approach DCHSA Office and demand books of account as we paid Rs.1500.00 as club-membership passed on DCHSA which was originally the refunds from Assessment deptt. of BMC S ward that was paid exceed by us through our CHS. Therefore our demand of books and accounts of DCHSA spent under 79(2) is still live as per S ward Asst. Registrar's order.
We again request our all 2112 Dreams Complex members that to remain vigilant and alert hereafter in regards to AGM if to be called by DCHSA our participation on records in the AGM legally is demanded.
All DCHSA 16  MC members joins hands and propose Agendas of their own and decides. This practice has to be curtailed. The main objective of formation of DCHSA in 2011-12 is to obtained OC for Clubhouse and conveyance of our Dreams property for we all 7 societies are owners. These two issues are not taken into account and if so then it is not open to we 2112 members neither from our Society nor DCHSA  87 members.
Please go through 2 documents received from Asst. Registrar with order for Inspection of Decrements and Account of DCHSA.
