Dear Sunilji,

As you are the Treasurer therefore please support for obtaining the following details as we are largest amount paying Society member for DCHSA.

Need Audited  accounts from DCHSA  details to be presented for 2014-15 before 20 July.

Any queries  if raised before AGM has to be clear and rectified.

The main issue is to start One Swimming pool out 2 at P-2 area which is equally important as club house and Gym running now. The privileges we suppose to get  are our rights.

If required we can pay the additional maint. towards DCHSA for swimming pool.

Good afternoon Daljeetji,

The DCHSA want to start one swimming pool by end October and rested responsibility on building no.1 representative.  I am surprised with your mail, if we start swimming pool without OC, you will not pay.

Should we start with OC or without OC like Gym and other facilities started.

Mr Daljeetji, you have diverted subject, still, with RTI you came to know there is no OC, but you did not ask authority through RTI why not issued as all papers /plan are submitted by builder(Acknowledgment from BMC) is with you.

Your question was for Swimming pool and was my answer. Expect you, most of the members want to enjoy all facilities either way(Legal or illegal)

Ok. why other activities carrying on without OC. The OC issue is made to pull on  till today and no head and tail. Ever since I was WITH DCHSA SINCE 2011-12 MY STAND SINCE THEN TO OBTAIN OC FIRST AND THEN explore all avenues for Club House. With my RTI information received in 2013 from MCGM stating that Club house has no OC and any alterations with ORIGINAL structure without sactions from MCGM  is illeagal can attract penalty.Why DCHSA has no out come on this with no reply to my 3 letters on this subject. The updates for the said matter was never made open to 2200 falt owners of our Dreams complex.
 I am a  Law binding citizen and do not tend to associate with Federation for such matter where Govt. authorities questions and actions against DCHSA under Law and Rules. Madhavji please reply me quoting the rules that applies having all doings for club house minius OC from MCGM is valid and oroper sir.
