The 52nd Convocation of the institute is scheduled on Saturday, 9th
August, 2014. All passing out students who are likely to complete their
degree by July, 2014 are requested to submit their convocation form
completed in all respect, at Academic office on or before 30th June, 2014.

Hard copy of the circular is attached pls go through it before filling up
the convocation form.

The thesis section is blank and there are no options in the drop down list to select your guide. Anybody who is not having this issue? I believe these will be updated by the academic section people once our dissertation submission is over. There's nothing that you can enter in those fields right now. :-/
