change the extension of the file to .pdf, you can then open it with a pdf reader.

So did anyone manage to check their status of dues clearance on asc.iitb.ac.in? I couldnt find anything.

Or was this mail just sent as a notification, to be aware that people with dues will get a mail notifying them about pending dues and non-printing of degree?

I checked on Wednesday. Library and hostel dues had not been updated in the academic office for most people. Paradkar sir told me it would be done by Monday.
