Dear students,

I would like to meet with all of you (as a group) to take stock of your
progress, as you are getting closer to graduation !

I request your CR to arrange such a meeting. My suggested day is either
Friday (7th March) or Monday (10th March). It can be for an hour, in the
evening, after 5.00PM. (or) suggest a different day/time depending on the
schedule of the students.

Please let me know at the earliest.

Also, another reminder/request to send your 1st stage abstract and
placement status (if you have not done so already).

As instructed by HOD, it is highly recommended for all of us attend. 

Sir is fine with any time provided we inform him in advance. As Mathkar & Deeksha suggested, we can have it in afternoon timings (1-2 PM), no slot clash. 

So if anybody have problem with Friday afternoon (1 PM to 2 PM), post it here latest by today (Wed) evening, I will inform sir about the final timings then.
