Sat evening with youth

Good morning,

WAFC is looking for some women who can help out on 3 Saturday nights (dates below) to play (indoor) frisbee for about an hour with middle school girls. We are trying to do a "girls hour" before our middle school league, but our numbers are a little short. You'd be acting both as supplementary numbers and pseudo-mentors/leaders during play. Any skill level will do. All games are played at Sidwell Friends High School gym in NW DC, start at 6PM, and go approximately 1 hour.

Dates - 1/21, 2/18, 2/25

I can ask around the team and see if people are available. We're going to be at a tournament 2/25, but the other two dates should be open, so I'll see if anybody wants to help out.

Many thanks to those of you who said you could make one, some, or all dates. Of note, parents requested that girls hour be from 7 - 8. I hope that isn't a deal-breaker for those of you who already volunteered, but let me know if it is.

I could still use another one or two people for this Saturday if anybody is available. Thank you!

Hello again. I just wanted to put this back on your radar. The second date is approaching, and it was really nice to have some adult presence there. A big thanks to Molly and Jacqui for coming out. Right now I've got 2 more listed as available for the 18th, but we could even do with a couple of more. Thank you!
