Mr Majumdar,

Despite all your assurances, the seepage in my flat is back with more intensity and I got a message from my neighbor that it is like a deluge now.

 This is rendering my flat inhabitable.

I hold the maintenace office responsible for their lack of action in spite of my repeated calls.

Can you please respond to me within a day regarding how you are going to solve this problem once and for all?

As I have been regularly paying the maintenace charges I have the right to ask for your services to resolve this problem which has been ongoing for more than a month now. 

Please respond to me ASAP. 

I have already spoken to Ms Manoshi on this issue and has been assured of prompt action. Hope I will see some result now.
