Please find below the Guideline to the best of our knowledge based and visits to KMC & DSR2 offices. However, anyone may please validate, verify and decide other sources before final submission.

We recommend all to declare in case anyone has a tenant and the premises (fully or partly) was declared as commercial to obtain a Trade License or Company Formation. This will to avoid any penalty.

People staying outside can go to https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/jsp/UserLoginPage.jsp to register himself/herself and fill up the data online.

People staying in DCW, can submit their filled-up (with all mandatory details) form at Property Management Office and sign the Register kept there. Once KMC receipt will be received, it will be issued from same location.

For any question please check samples and print outs kept at Property Management Office or write values using Pencil or contact one of us.

Following are the salient points to be noted:

1. SAF forms can be submitted till August end (expected to be extended upto September or later). Hence no hurry.
2. In case anyone submitted can also re-submit new form in case calculation changes afterwards. KMC will consider latest submission.
3. Changing their position on individual submission (which is taking 3-4 hours), KMC now permitted DCWAoA president to submit forms collectively in phases with a covering letter. KMC will issue individual receipt for each form.
4. We are planning to engage Property Management office to collect the forms, from next Tuesday (6th June, 2017) and submit every Saturday initially. A register will be kept at Property Management office where each Owner can write the details and sign while submitting the form. Once receipt will be issued by KMC office, they can collect signing the same register.
   
5. Final Factors etc. will be available by Monday (5th June, 2017) and few sample filled up forms will be kept for your convenience.
   
6. KMC also mentioned not all fields are required to be filled up. They highlighted mandatory fields. Remaining will be computed in their system once mandatory details are provided.
   
7. Finally anyone can fill up using the form Online.

Please note that entire effort is being done to assist all residents to the best of our knowledge and ability. Anyone may please go through the details and submit individual Self Assessment to the best of his/her understanding.

In case you couldn't collect or print out a copy of the SAF form, please collect one from Property Management office paying Rs. 15/- only.
