Forwarding pest control vendor's reminder mail of non-receipt of contract renewal and thus, services may be affected.

Why can't a professional organisation (JLL) issue a mere renewal ltr even after 12days of contract expiry? It shld have been issued before expiry of contract, for the matter to all such service providers in our complex.

However, whenever u have such bottlenecks, escalate the matter. We will see to it that -----Na rahegi Bottle aur na rahegi uski neck !

This refers to the renewal for pest management at Diamond City – West. It is indeed a pleasure service an esteem client like Diamond City. Though we are continuing with the regular schedule for pest management basis on the verbal communication however we are due for the proper renewal letter from your end. Basis on the renewal letter we generate code and get the chemicals from our HO. Though we are managing the show however would request you to kindly issue the renewal letter at the earliest which would facilitate us in continuing the proper schedule.

 

Aside to Sukanta: Please coordinate with Avik for the renewal letter at the earliest.

The contract of pest control has been renewed today.

An email was sent to that company on 23rd March'2013 by requesting to continue the service till such time of contract not get signed.

And they (ISS) agreed the same. Beside of that, Mr. Sanjib Bakshi of ISS Hicare sent a mail without knowing the original fact. This matter is well understood by Mr. Sukanta, who is managing this site and also acknowledged the fact of misunderstanding.
