6. Priority in admission - 24 x 7
7. Priority in 24x7 Life Saver Ambulance services at a nominal charge of Rs 1000/- only. And, in case the member gets admitted in CMRI, this ambulance charge will be waived-off
8. Special accommodation in case of urgent consultation needed for attending Doctors in OPD or Speciality clinic
9. Yearly basic Free Medical Screening Camp and other periodic awareness session at your premises (1st one is on 26th July, 2015)

We will provide Sugar Test (R), ECG, BMD, weight measurement, BP measurement, eye screening and general consultation. A team of around 3 doctors, 3 nurses etc. will be attending the same.

Owner/s is/are always eligible whether resident or non-resident. So, pls fill up the form and send us across per return.
We are returning many forms to the applicants as not filled up properly. Lot many are unsigned. Some not written their flat no, mobile no, gender etc etc. They are requested to fill in the blanks, as marked therein and leave with their respective tower securities by tomorrow.
