Hi everyone,
Could anyone please help me with the contact details of the owner of 11D in Tower 2?
We have serious water seepage issue originating in 11D which has cascaded down to my flat 9D via flat 10D.
The maintaine team told me the source of water leakage is in 11D but they could not visit the flat as it is currentky locked.
I will appreciate your help in this matter.

Purchasers could be residents by logic of circumstances, although the possibility of rank outsiders cannot be ruled out.
