Selling of Car Parking at DCW is illegal

Selling of Parking space at DCW after formation of DCWAoA  even by the Promoter or any one else without consent of majority of Flat owners is illegal. 

The matter should be investigated properly with legal backup  further considering the mode of payment. If the Promoter received payment by cheque, it will be a proof of breach of trust and legal offence. If mode of payment is by cash, this will be another big blunder and proof of major conspiracy by any other person (culprit) in connivance with the buyers. 

It's a serious matter which all DCWians should unite, raise voice and support the investigating Team.

If anyone has to purchase the car parking they should purchase from the owner of that parking. I do not think that he needs consent from majority of residents. We the residents are owner of all common area except car parking. 

I think the issue stated by you got mixed up.
