Air Conditioner water is coming to my Flat 9D from Flat 13 B or 13 C of Tower 7

Dear Sir,
Air Conditioner water from 13 th Floor (Flat 13 B or 13 C) of Tower 7 is coming to my Flat 9D of Tower 7 at sun shed. For this reason seepage is there at the roof of 2nd Bedroom. This has happened as A C water line is not connected to the permanent water line for A C which is there and arranged during denting and painting job done by our DCW maintenance Department. A C water line (flexible pipe) is not connected to main line for 13 B / 13 C. At present I am out of station. For this reason I could not go to Flat 13 B / 13 C.
I have given complain to Maint dept and MyGate.
Please rectify at the earliest.
If any body have the contact no of 13 B and 13 C, please give me so that I can also contact them.
