所以的努力都白费了，就差一天。

大侠们，我们的洗碗机才2-3年新的， 最近光洗也有热水但不烘干， 不知怎么解决，有师傅会修的吗？ 或到哪里修呢？ 请赐教，帮忙。先感谢了。

建议自己先查一下filter是否堵塞了。另外，前两年EPA出了新标准后，新的洗碗机用less power导致烘不干。让tenants换用pellet洗碗剂试试。再不行，让tenants加Jet Dry。如果不是机器本身的问题，以上办法应该可以解决。如不行，再找人修理。

ditto that, based on Consumer Report, the new energy saving standard from EPA triggered lots of malfunction on dish washers and early wear out of the parts, including many brand names.  Thus I'm not surprised this 2-3 year old dish washer.

从另外一个角度看，这个戏剧性的结局也许是个恩典。会有更好的deal在后面等你的。

我有朋友原来准备开店， 专门做国内来的旅游团的旅游品生意的。 原来租店等各种事情都很繁琐，最后因为一个合伙人的事情给耽误了，也是做不成了。 当时有点难过。后来不久，国内对出国团的旅游购物有了新规定，那些旅游团不再从原来他们预计的地点经过。 好在这个店没有开成，租金和定金当时都被退回了，不然，真的就是眼睁睁看着亏本的买卖。

人一生中总有一些戏剧性事情发生, 抽离出来看，都是有因有果，环环相扣的。 我们若能淡定走在这房产投资道上，不被钱财所累所烦，就是好事了。

Most likely the capacitor (电容器) is broken. I've had several times of such situation. Every time the electrician was able to fix the fan by replacing the capacitor.
