Dear DCSTFI Members,
This a reminder that we will be hosting elections for the new DCSTFI Board on Thursday 17 October from 6 to 8 pm at AAAS in the Haskins Room. Although we strongly encourage in-person participation, we understand not everyone will be able to attend. We have set up a conference call line for this room for those folks who would like to call in and we will send out the final information by Wednesday 16 October.
Even if you are not attending in person, you still need to submit your vote for the new DCSTFI Board prior to the meeting so that we can achieve a quorum. Attached is a proxy form allowing you to cast your vote without being physically present. For your address, you only need to include your city and state of residence. There are two options for using the proxy vote in lieu of attending in person:
(1) You can give your proxy to someone attending the physical meeting. They will need to be present with the completed proxy form at the meeting.
(2) You can email your proxy to this address. If you exercise this option, appoint your proxy to Heather Kimmel, Falls Church, VA. You may complete the form electronically or by hand.
