All,
This evening I sent suspension of coverage warnings to:
Clarissa Hageman;
Elke Hodson;
Julie Skapik;
Kathleen McCoy;
Kathryn Brown;
Carolyn Fonseca;
Victoria Ann Hill;
Scott Glabermann;
Peter Parsons;
Lindsey Hutchison; and
Michelle Boyd.
Some things to consider:
1. The Bylaws stipulate a 15-day (23 Aug) notice prior to taking action against a Member. - From Todd's message, we may not be able to wait that long before suspending coverage.
2. If a member is delinquent two or more times during the 12-month fellowship period, a deposit equaling the amount of one full month of premium payment for the member's selected policy will be required in addition to the outstanding balance. - We have not really been enforcing this for some time.
